We just got back Tuesday from a very nice 12 day vacation back home in Ripley, NY.
The kids got to spend some wonderful time with their cousins, and celebrate Miss Julia's 6th birthday!

It was so awesome to see the relationship between Nathan and Trevor... those two would be a handful if they saw each other on a regular basis.

When not hanging out with cousins, this is what we did...Played on the Farm.
Went Fishing.
Played at the Beach.
And when it was all said and done, we headed home Virginia.
On the left side you'll see a picture of Nathan holding up a picture of a backpack that he colored. If you happen by the Bob Evans in Bridgeville, PA... you'll see it there too. Nathan asked the manager to hang it up with all the other colored backpacks, and he said he would.
The other pictures are from the Sidling Hill Rest area on I-68 in Maryland... we've always wanted to stop there and the timing worked out for us this time.
Today, Nathan had his Kindergarten Orientation and met his teacher. Tuesday is the BIG day! I know that he is ready for this and I definitely know that he needs it (the interactions). But, Mommy, Gracie, and Eli are gonna miss him tons.... 9:25 til 4 sure seems like a long time!
