Easter with Nana and Papa....

On Saturday, the sunny day, we planned an Easter egg hunt at Bryant's parents house for all the kids. They had a wonderful time playing outside.

Then, we had a friendly game of Tee Ball.

I got everything set up insides while the kids were outside playing. Once, they came in they quickly got to work, decorating cupcakes.

Yumm.

And then we dyed Eater eggs. Each kid marked their egg with a specific symbol or letter, so that everyone would know which eggs they colored.

It was a busy and fun day. We're so glad that we got to spend this special time with our family.

Spring Break?!

We spent our spring break in Ripley... the weather well, it rained a lot, it was sunny one day and it SNOWED too! Where else can you see multiple weather scenarios in just one week?!

In our upstairs hallway, we have pictures of our kids at 10 months old in the bath tub... and now Eli will have his presence known there as well.

Take Me Out to the Ball Game...

It's Tee Ball time! This is Nathan's first year playing on a team... he often plays in the yard with Bryant. And he is very good too. I know, it's Tee ball... who can't hit a ball when it's sitting still on a tee?! But, trust me there are a few out there that do fit that bill. Anyways, Bryant is coaching Nathan's team... The Raptors. Our first game was this past week and here are some pictures from it.

Oh boy, he's 6!

On Saturday I was on the phone with my sister brain storming for sayings to put on Nathan's birthday shirt. I had one all picked out and then I didn't have enough letters to do it... so after all was said and done, this is what I went with. Mostly, because I asked Nathan's opinion and this is what he chose. Then Bryant walked in while I was ironing it together and wanted me to use, "Yo chicks... I'm 6". Brilliant!! But, too late.

An End to March...

On Tuesday, we spent the day with Elias and Ianna. Those two children are so good, and such a joy to have in our home. Elias is about 7 and half months younger than Gracie, and Ianna is almost 2 months older than Eli. So, when they are together it's almost like having 2 sets of twins!
